很高兴,能作为一名加拿大苏安学院的交流老师,并有机会来到这个全球最宜人居住的国家学习与参观,在这里我愉快地度过了两个月美好的时光。从下飞机的那一刻起，我就睁大眼睛看，敞开耳朵听，开动脑筋想。每天密密麻麻六七页的日记，记载着每一天所发生的一切，收获感受颇深。“读万卷书，不如行千里路。”正是对本次修学极好的注解。本次加国为期八周的修学极大地开阔了我的视野，再次激发了我对英语文化的热爱。在这短短的时间里,无论是在学习上还是在生活中,我都得到极大的锻炼,使我在今后的日子里能够更加独立地去面对生活、工作与学习。下面就是自己的体会和感想：                          

    一、生活方面

   初到异国他乡，学院很为我们着想，一日三餐全是可口的中国自助餐，使我们感受到了家庭的温馨,尤其是苏安学院的班主任和后勤人员，对我们生活和学习上照顾得无微不至，有时周末外出回来晚上八点多了，烧饭的老板娘还留着热气腾腾的饭菜等我们。我们的班主任Jenny老师对班长说：“若你们有困难，你半夜也可以给我打电话，我会想办法帮助你们！”她们的关心和照顾让我们常常外出归来犹如回家的感觉。我时常感叹：他们的友好是基于他们良好的教养和素质。随着我们中国经济的发展，我们的国民素质总有一天也会这么优秀的。每个宿舍都是独立房间并配有简单的漱洗设施，这给了我们足够的独立生活空间。无线上网使我们时时刻刻能和家人、外界取得联系与沟通,更能使我们方便地上网查阅资料。课外活动丰富多彩， 苏安学院的领导们为丰富学员们的课外活动和培养学员们的集体荣誉感，让小学班主办卡拉OK 比赛，初中班主办台球比赛，高中班主办乒乓球比赛。学员们踊跃报名，赛场气氛热烈。舞台上，学员们一展亮丽的歌喉和美丽的舞姿，球场上，男女学员们大显身手，一展高低。苏安还请了两届世界举重冠军陈艳青为我们作了一场精彩的报告，让学员们面对面体会到了一名成功女士的艰辛和勇敢，只有坚忍不拔才能走向成长。

二、学习方面

    学院帮我们安排了两名外籍教师Maria和Terry专授Learning and Teaching English和Literature。在外籍老师教学的过程中，我们感受到她们对每一节课的精心设计，更重要的是，使我们感受到加拿大教学的那种教育氛围和教育模式,充分感知了国外先进的教育和优质教学资源。在授课前，老师会叫我们先预习，把教学计划预先告知我们，把作业要点传到班级公用邮箱，她们会认真批改作业，会精心分析反馈作业。而且我们会收到老师上课的教案，使我们不用在课上忙于记笔记而忽略了听课内容。老师上课的气氛调节得很好，她们的肢体语言深深打动着我们，课上我们不时散发出郎朗笑声。老师和我们随时有互动，我们有问题时可以当堂提出，真正做到有惑即解。老师全英语的教学不但锻炼了我们的听力，而且在我们交流的过程中极大地锻炼我们的口头表达。每天教室里两个小时的上课时间是我最激情澎湃也是最具挑战性的时刻。刚开始由于听力和词汇的障碍，我并不能完全听懂，但我敢于迎接挑战，享受挑战.我们无需顾忌会不会犯语法错误，老师会专注地听懂我们的意思，然后满面笑容地回答我们，使我们充分感受到了外籍老师强烈的责任心和严谨的治学态度以及活泼的教学手段启迪着我，使自己的教学境界得以进一步升华！在宿舍里我们大声朗读老师推荐我们看的《Looking For X 》 、《Learning and Teaching English 》、《 Famous Canadian Authors 》，来改善我的语音和语调，期待提高英语口语；早晨拿着免费的世界最大的全球报纸Metro尽可能多的阅读来增加自己的阅读和词汇；晚上打开电视机，享受着各种各样的英语节目，虽然有的似懂非懂，但我坚持看、听、思考，来提高听力，同时感受不同的文化和生活；在大街上我大胆用英语和人交流，从最初说英语的尴尬、拗口，到后来非常自然地和外国友人聊天。另一方面，老师讲的文学方面的知识使我领略到了国外的一些作品，使我的阅读水平得到了一定提高，更新了一些固有的知识，我们亲自见到了一些文学作品的作家和电影制片人，他们为我们讲解他们的工作经历，并热情地留下了联系方式，还请来了法官给我们作讲座，并当堂回答我们提出的各种问题。同时请法国老师、西班牙老师、乌克兰老师给我们介绍他们在自己国家是怎样教英语的，分小组与我们面对面进行mini-lesson.老师还带我们参观了与我们有合作关系的约克大学,看到那敞开式的校园犹如花园一般，学生们在休闲地看书、喝咖啡，上网，对这一切，真是感慨万千啊。我们还参观了皇家博物馆，夏令营少年宫，青少年戏剧院和私立学校，这些活动使我们拓展了眼界，增长了知识。

   三、外出游玩

   每到周末我们就结伴外出游玩，出去最大的感受就是与加拿大人进行有效的沟通，包括如何乘车，问路，表示抱歉和感谢，还有询问价格方面。一方面是要听懂他们说什么，另一方面是要学会如何正确表达。公共汽车是一个社会文明的缩影，这里有形形色色的人进进出出，他们的言行举止在展示着他们的文明程度。在这样一个完全陌生的环境中我们慢慢地去摸索，然后去适应，最后去掌握。两种文化在愉快、轻松的氛围中碰撞、交流。在出外游玩过程中，我们充分感受到了绿荫丛生的感觉,到处是大面积的绿色植被,每家每户的门前院后,窗台上都用各式花草树木所装点。整个国家就像一个自然的氧吧一样，让人身处其中感到无比舒畅。

     学院还安排我们游览了举世闻名的尼亚加拉大瀑布，它是世界七大奇景之一，位于加拿大和美国交界的尼亚加拉河上，它那丰沛而浩瀚的雾气和磅礴的气势，使我们为之而惊叹。我们乘着“雾之女”号游船穿梭于波涛汹涌的瀑布之间，到扑朔迷离的水雾之中去领略惊心动魄、涤荡尘嚣的感觉。在往返的途中我们还参观了盛产加拿大冰酒的葡萄园和葡萄酒厂。我们还游览了世界著名的群岛千岛湖，看到了具有爱情象征的心型岛，亿万富翁古堡，以及世界最短的国际桥，外母岛等。我们带着向往游览了加东三省，在蒙特利尔参观了北美最大教堂之一的圣约瑟大教堂，站在蒙特利尔最高峰皇家山上俯瞰到蒙特利尔迷人的全貌；我们来到了1976年举办奥运会的奥运村，蒙特利尔老港，步行街及市政厅广场，在唐人街徜徉其间，我们感受到了蒙特利尔的夜生活是如此色彩斑斓。我们来到了具有北美小巴黎之称的魁北克古城，古色古香的建筑风格，极富欧洲色彩，路边的咖啡座，浪漫异常，夹杂着法语交谈，大街小巷布满的画廊和艺人的表演仿佛使人置身于法国。我们还游览了加拿大首都渥太华，参观了国会山庄、和平纪念塔、百年世纪火焰池、总督府和丽都运河。这一系列的观光景点使我们流连忘返。

    四、结论

    此次加拿大进修之行,使我有种幸运和自豪的感觉：我，一个普普通通的一线教师也能有机会出国学习深造，是因为我们的祖国现在繁荣和富强了,是我们的学校高度重视了,有这样的实力来培训教师，从而改善自身的教育水平；也是江苏省教育厅领导人有着高瞻远瞩的魄力和远见，在加拿大的多伦多建立这样的培训基地。尤其是像我们这样在一线教师，平时出差、培训的机会不多。我们不能光埋头拉车苦干，我们更应抬头看路，有了理论认识和思想觉悟的提高，我们的教学实践才会更趋于科学、合理。回国后我们一定把本次所学的语言技能和教育、教学新方法和理论和自己的教学实践相结合，取长补短。但是通过比较中加两国的教育，在赞叹、欣赏之余，我也感到身上沉甸甸的担子。比起加拿大孩子快乐的学习生活，我们中国学生的童年生活好像过于沉重，那种辛苦和劳累更不是一句话能够概括。现在中国越来越多有钱人的孩子和当官的孩子都选择到国外读书，甚至今年高考电视报道某些地方出现高考“缺巢”现象，说明那些可以享受中国许多社会关系、社会财富和优质教育的人对中国的教育没有信心。我，一名小小的一线教师能做什么？我改变不了大的教育环境，但我可以改变我所带的每一届100多个学生，在自己这块小小的教育“自留地”辛勤耕耘，科学教学、管理，力所能及的改变一点小气候吧。毕竟没有哪项职业像教师这样深深地影响孩子的未来，教师的教育、教学和对学生评价对孩子的影响太大了，从小的方面说是关系到一个人的成长与否，从大的方面说，是关系到中国的未来。通过本次学习，我更加感到自己的不足和责任，也更加坚定了自己好好做人，好好教书的信念。反思自己的教学行为，让我对以前上课的固有模式也彻底改观了,我懂得了一个道理：讲台不再是老师一个人的,每个学生都可以走上讲台,发表自己的意见与观点,学生不再是端坐在座位上听,在课堂上讲话不再是违反纪律的表现,要鼓励学生随时问问题,随时发言,不懂就要问,让我认识到给学生创造一个轻松愉快的学习氛围更为重要,教学不是灌输,而是引导,引导学生学会学习,学会如何将所学理论运用到实践中去,将国外的一些教育思想引入到我们的课堂中来,真正体现中国教育的特色并能借鉴国外成功的经验，实现中西教育的兼容并蓄，使培养出来的学生与国际接轨！

 ---------Suon college  training summary by Junior Class B Yinyadong

     Luckily, I can serve as a Canadian Institute Suan exchange teacher, giving me the opportunity to come to this world's most suitable land for human learning and to visit country of residence, where I happily spent an enjoyable two months time. In this short time, both in learning and in life,I have been training, so I was able to face a more independent living, working and learning. Here I will share with you my own experience of feelings:

   一、Life

   The first thing is about daily food and living environment.The Institute is for our sake, three meals a day full of delicious Chinese buffet food, so that we feel the warmth of family; each dormitory is a separate room equipped with a simple toilet facilities, it gives us sufficient independent living space. Wireless Internet access makes us always be able to get in touch with the outside world and the family communication, but also enable us to get information on the Internet easily.

   二、Learning

   College arranged two foreign teachers Maria and Terry for us specifically delegated Learning and Teaching English and Literature, Jenny is our headteacher. When we have any difficult problems, she is able to help us solve. During the foreign teachers teaching process, we feel their well-designed teaching style , which makes us feel the kind of educational environment in Canada teaching , a full perception of foreign high-quality teaching resources and advanced concepts. Before the class,the teacher would tell us to rehearsal at first,tell us the teaching plan, spread he key point of the homework to the classes common mailbox, all of the homework will be carefully analyzed, they will feedback exercise. And we will receive the teacher lesson plans, so that we do not take notes in class so busily to ignore the content of the lectures. The teaching atmosphere in the class  is excellent, and their body language deeply impressed us, so that class laugher and laugher from time to time . Teachers interact with us at any time, the problem we have can be made during the class, so we felt the enjoyable atmosphere. Teachers teaching English-only exercise our hearing ability, but also we greatly exercise our verbal expression in the process of communication.We do not need to think  grammatical errors before committing,the teacher will focus to understand what we mean, and then smiles to answer us, so we felt a strong sense of responsibility of foreign teachers and serious attitude toward scholarship. This series of teaching attitude to my future teaching career played a crucial role in enlightening,it will make my own teaching experience to be further sublimated! On the other hand, the teacher's knowledge of literature made me taste some of the work abroad, so that my reading level has been increase, they update some of my existing knowledge, and also we saw a number of literary works of writers and filmmakers people. Teachers also took us to visit some museums, student activities, summer camps, youth theaters and schools, so we have expanded our horizons, and truly infiltrated into the learning, entertainment and the life of  Canadian students.

   三、Visiting

    Every weekend we go out together to have fun, one of the greatest feelings is to communicate effectively with Canadians, including how to take the bus, ask for directions, saying sorry and thanks, as well as asking prices. On the one hand ,to understand what they say, we must also learn how to expres correctly. Public bus is a microcosm of social civilization. There are all sorts of people coming and going, how they behave is to display of their level of civilization. In such a totally unfamiliar environment, I slowly go exploring, and then to adapt and finally to master. Two cultures exchange in a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere. In the process of going out to play , we felt the sense of clusters of trees, full of large areas of green vegetation, in front of and behind every household and windowsill are all decorated with various flowers and trees. The entire country is like a natural oxygen bar, which makes people feel extremely comfortable.

   Institute also arranged us to visit the tour of the world-famous Niagara Falls, which is one of the seven wonders of the world, located in Canada and the United States at the junction of the Niagara River, it was plentiful and the vast expanse of water vapor and the majestic momentum, so that we feel it was so fantactic.We rode, "Fog's daughter," ship shuttled  in falls and the choppy water to enjoy the soul-stirring, the tumult of feeling. And on the way back, we also visited the Canadian ice wine grapes abound Parks and wineries. We also toured the world famous Thousand Islands Lake, to see the love island with a heart-shaped symbol, billionaire castle, and the shortest Internation Bridge in the world , mother-Island and so on. We aspire to the tour to Canadian Northeast, in Montreal we visited one of North America's largest churches, St. Joseph's Cathedral, standing in Mongolia Peak of the hill,we overlook the Royal Tyrrell of Montreal charming picture; we come to the 1976 Olympic Games Village, Montreal old port, Walking Street and the Town Hall Square, Chinatown, we feel the Montreal nightlife is so colorful. We came to Quebec known as Little Paris in North America, which has antique architectural style, with European color, roadside cafes, romantic unusual mix of French conversation, the streets filled with galleries and the performing of French artists seems to make people in France. We also tour the Canadian capital of Ottawa, visited Capitol Hill, Peace Tower, a hundred years flame Century Pool , Government House and the Rideau Canal. This series of tourist attracted us so greatly so that we wouldn't come back.

    A short span of two months has passed quickly, from here I have learned a lot of things, such as: independence, communication skills and language skills. Those also made me raise to become some good habits. After returning home, I will still have to adhere to listen to English radio, watch English-language channel. I will completely change the model of class, and the podium is no longer for a teacher only,each student can come to the podium to express their opinions and perspectives, students will no longer be seated side just to listen to the teacher,his speech in the classroom is no longer a breach of discipline. we should encourage the students to ask questions at any time if they don't know, they will be encouraged to ask, do not have the approval even if not associated with learning ,it can also be mentioned for discussion. This brings me to improve understanding ability of the teaching English. I realized that to creat the students a pleasant atmosphere is more important, teaching is not indoctrination, but rather to guide, and guide students to learn how to learn, how to apply the theory ,learned in practice, we should bring the introduction of foreign educational ideas into our class so that we will be able to  traine our students  in line with international standards.
